1. Earrings
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before purchasing.
2. Pret-a-Porter Items
As these items are custom-tailored specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pret-a-porter pieces. We encourage you to double-check your measurements or contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
3. Unique Handbags
Our handbags are handcrafted and unique, with each piece being one of a kind. Because of the bespoke nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the purchase is made.
4. General Guidelines
- Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 24 hours. After this time, the order will be processed, and we will not be able to accommodate cancellations.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange as per the circumstances.
- Shipping & Handling Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
- Return Process: For returns or exchanges, please email our customer service team at [insert email]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will provide you with the next steps.
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
5. International Orders
We currently only offer shipping within Malta. For any inquiries or special requests outside of Malta, please contact us directly, and we will assist you with available options.
6. Pre-order and Sale Items
All pre-order and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
7. Restocking Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returned items that are not defective, such as opened or used products. This will be communicated to you prior to the return process.
8. Return Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Not worn, altered, or damaged in any way We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or have been altered.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
